Pillow Melodies contains ingredients that have a long recommended historic use for curing insomnia, nervousness, and restlessness. 

Ingredients: Valerian root, Honeybush tea, Chamomile flowers, Spearmint leaves, Passion flowers, Lemon balm, Lavender, Cherries, Blue cornflowers.

Caffeine Level: Zero

Steeping Instructions: 1 Tablespoon at 212 degrees. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
